A few images from my SPS Reef

How long have you had that singapore angel and does it bother anything?

What do you feed it?

I have always loved those fish but never seen one thrive in captivity. I would have one in a minute if I thought I could properly care for it.

What is the coral in the lower right? I really love that color of blue.
Not sure it has a name. Just a stag I have had for a few years.

I have had them for a few months now. One of them picks a little but doesn't harm anything. As for feeding a good mix of frozen food 3-4 times a day.

ok that settles it....something is wrong with my red dragon....its so pale compared to that. I have it on the sandbed....maybe i need to move it up?

I would guess that might be too low. Mine is half way down under a 400 w MH that runs 5 hrs per day.

Brian,

Why you running only 5hrs, you get deep coloration?

mike

The center light run for 5hrs which the RD is under. The two side 400w run for 7hrs each. So the RD only get 5hr of direct light. The reason for a short photo-period is to save on energy. I honestly feel I could still cut down my photo-period some and get the same results that I have.

Looking good Brian.

great system, your corals are so colorful

Nice tank!

Thanks Eveyone!
