A few Pics (Albeit not very good)

I was just messing around with my camera and decided that I needed some fish pics. Unfortunately, I'm not good at taking pictures of fish, so most of the ones that I had are trash. Here's the best shots of what I had.

Black & White Ocellaris Pair
These are my second favorite fish, right behind my Yellow Watchman Gobies. They are a pair for sure, but they still haven't spawned yet.

A simple shot of the pair.

You can see the clay dish that they like to rub and clear off in the background. They still haven't laid eggs yet.

Here is the female. As you can see, she still has a little orange left in her face. That should disappear soon enough.

Molly Miller Blenny
I got this little guy from April. There's a long and interesting story behind him, and he is my wife's favorite fish. He's a very curious fish, and very bold.

Coming to take a closer look at the camera.

Rhodactis
This is just one of my favorite Rhodactis Mushrooms. It just deflated for bed time as I was taking these final shots, so he isn't puffed out as he normally is.

Well, I had it under 3 x 15000k 2 x actinics and 1 x 6700k and I didn't get that bluish coloring to it. Just solid red through and through. I like the way it looks in that photo better. Do they make a 20,000k T5 HO bulb?

That miner doesn't look as pudgy as I'd expected, after the way you spoke of him last time I saw it.

Yes, they do make a 20K T5HO bulb. I don't remember the who, what, where, why, when about it, but I know I've seen one somewhere.

Yes, the Molly Miller is still "recovering" back to its original self. When we first got it from April, it was in great shape. But compared to what it used to look like when it was at Aquarium Oddballs, it looked like it was starving to death. He's pleasently plump now, but not fat enough to the point where it used to have rolls. ;)

Travis,
Nice clowns. Where did you get them?

I got them from a guy here on Reef Central. Me and Lori (NewbeReef627) went together on an order of four clownfish. I don't remember who we got them from or how much. I do remember that the thread was closed because it was viewed as "commercial". This guy had raised a hatch of babies, and about 80 survived. He was selling them all on here.

commercial?!? 80 clownfish is hardly commercial when you consider how many eggs they lay. Why have a buyer/seller forum if you don't want people selling and buying? wierd.

They are awesome looking clowns though. I want some!!! Can't wait till those guys spawn. :D

I believe he also had four other clutches that were growing out, and this was his first clutch ready to be sold. I see where the mods went with this, even though I slightly disagree. I'm just glad that we could finish the transaction before it was too late.

One of these days, we'll trade out a Bangaii Pair for a Clownfish Pair, I promise.
