I got a bit bored tonight so I thought I'd mess around with the settings on my digital camera and see if I could get it to take some decent shots.

I think a few of these turned out pretty good considering it's not an SLR camera.

It was hard to get a good picture of the mandarin... He's always on the hunt...

A tip for shooting tank shots (from calfo on "another" board) is to shut all the pumps off for like 30 minutes before you shoot. Oh and if you wanna play with a slr let me know my wife is socking me 3 grand for on this week....i'd let you play with it.....while i was standing there of course

My full tank shots never seem to turn out very good. I'll take a couple and see how they turn out though.

I might have to take you up on the offer to try out the SLR once the SPS frags I have start to grow out a bit. I have some pretty nice frags, but they are all still pretty small and haven't taken off yet.

I'll have to try turning the pumps off ahead of time too, that sounds like a great idea.
