I did some frag shopping last week and was curious what people's experience has been with placement of a couple of particular zoas.
My lighting is currently 2 150W HQI 20K Halides over a 65gallon tank, though I'll be upgrading to 2 250W 14K's next week. I have a good gentle current with 2 Seio 820 and my return of 750gph, so I have some options as far as how much current they're getting.
#1: This photo is of the grinch and some hot pink zoas. It seems to make sense that the zoas that are more condensed, such as the grinch seems to be would enjoy more flow. Is that what you guys have found? With the pinks, it seems like they would be best pretty high up in the tank to keep the bright pink.

#2: This photo is of some oranges. What intensity of light seems to bring out their best colors? In the lower part of the photo is a pink/purple zoa that I got at a LFS; there were about half a dozen polyps nestled on a giant green palythoa rock. The polyp is about 3x the size of the orange polyp.

#3: Of all the frags I received, this one is my favorite. It's certainly not the most gaudy, but is very aesthetically pleasing to me. I want it to grow fast, so I placed it high up, but the subtlety of the coloration is doesn't seem as pronounced higher up in the tank as it did lower down. Any ideas?

Lastly: This is of a bright red zoa frag. I went ahead and put these up high, figuring that would bring out the most coloration.

Thanks for any input!!
