A good deal?

29's make a fairly cheap entry point for saltwater, the tiny one you already have notwithstanding. The "trouble" with them is similar to the ubiquitous 55 - poor surface area to volume. the next trouble is the length. @ 30 inches lighting can be spotty. Compare a 50 gallon breeder tank to either a standard 55 or 29. IMO it's the best value for new tanks - good volume and plenty of space.

The store in Lansing is a lot of fun - lots of displays and tons of options. There are a few here too.

We may have to drive out there soon! We usually go to VI Pets (cutlerville) and Blue Fish when we are daydreaming. We found a few more in this area that we plan to try and hit tomorrow to browse.
