We will be starting to shop for our in wall living room tank soon and I want to get good info on sizes and shapes so I can bug the crud out of you guys :) any good resources for tanks?

I would also have to say Country Critters as they have just about every size in there plus some specialty tanks, a nice curved glass penninsula tank as you enter to your left. They have a decent selection of stands as well..

If you can put up with CC's insane prices then head there. My wife got ripped off with the 95-wave she bought me for x'mas...

I got a great price from Mutts and Butts on my 120. They can probably order most standard tanks your looking for too.

CC's seems to have crazy prices for anything special like waves and half cylinders, but they give the standard prices on standard tanks. Suffolk fish and reef is up there in price for tanks too.

Glass cages will be coming in March to LI for the reptile show and can bring your tank. I believe they are under new ownership so reviews have been much better regarding customer service

Maybe its me, but I recently e-mailed glass cages a complete description of what I needed in a sump, and got back a reply that said simply," We can't help you". That's it, nothing else. I sent back an email asking why not, and got no response.

If you're looking for a standard size, and not something custom, I think your best bet would be a LFS.
Once you know what size you want check with the local stores.
Pet's Warehouse is a big store, and often has pretty good prices. I think they sell Oceanic, which I would look into before buying. Their quality has not been spoken well about recently. I don't think there's a lot of markup on tanks, so I'd expect most places to have a pretty close price to everyone else.
Fishy in Bayshore sells Perfecto and AGA, IIRC.

i got my oceanic tech series 45 cube from PW and thats the only tank series i think i will ever buy its built like a tank and has starphire glass and black eurobracing trim with built in overflows i also saw the tank at cc but it was alot more

www.cadlights.com they are located in brooklyn. The picture fram tanks are cool. I have the 25gallon and it is pretty good. The support is great too. They do custom also if you know exactly what you want.

Thanks for all the great Info guys!! I will post some info on the space I will be using and some pics so I can get an Idea of how big I really want to go :D
