A little disappointed about "User Reviews"

I've ordered from MD many times, and always been very happy with your prompt, accurate service.

But I am disappointed to find that your User Reviews do not actually reflect the opinions of your customers. I'm referring specifically to the blue refractometer sold on your site, which has a satisfaction rating of 4.67.

There have been several threads on this site pointing to inaccuracy problems with this particular model. Myself, and two of my friends, have posted reviews mentioning this problem on your site. However, the reviews are not 'accepted' and never show up on the User Reviews page.

It seems to me that if you want to include reviews on your site, then you should include both positive and negative reviews. Otherwise, they are simply misleading. And intentionally misleading customers is not a good way to bring in new business, or to retain old customers.
