I'm not exactly sure what "wall frogspawn" means but I assume it means the one piece and non-branching type, right? If so, then YES, this is a wall frogspawn.
A friend of mine has had one for over 5 years and I just had to get one. I had it for less than a week and am not a pro at taken pics of my tank

That is an awesome coral. I have one that is very similar. Make sure to watch for signs of damage, they seem to damage easily. Damage seems to be detrimental since they are one polyp. If you notice any necrotic spots or recession be sure to dip it in an antiseptic (iodine based) dip.
