Hey guys, last I posted I was moving to California and here I am posting from LA. I just wanted to give a little update on myself and my little 6 gallon cube that I went to after selling my 75. about a week after moving here I got a job at VividAquariums, If you havent heard of it you should really check out the website it, I ordered from them when I was in NM and the live stock was great. well it is one of the best stores in souther California. my knowledge has grown a lot working there and I get my hands on some pretty great pieces. I thought SWR was a good store, all I have to say is if you are ever in the LA area let me know and come and check out our 800 gallon show tank. On to my little 6 gallon cube, I took it over from my girlfriend and gave it some life. I put 14 different zoos all around as well as a green brain and a purple brain, and Aussie gold torch, some different mushrooms, a coco worm and some other small pieces. I added a yashia and red banned pistal pair as well as an emerald crab. I plan to start adding some sps and some higher end chalices because I just added a 70 watt hqi fixture by Hamilton. Love the fixture very litttle heat, Im running a 14k ushio bulb and it is a nice crisp blue. I was planning on settng up a 20 gallon but after having my hands in tanks all day at work sometimes coming home to this 6 gallon is too much, I know you guys are saying yeah right I would love to work at a coral store but believe me its fun but its hard work when you have to live up to a reputation.
