So I never bought dry rock before, so I got the 20lb box of Caribsea life rock to supplement my 50lbs of established Live rock. I'm upgrading to a 75. The live rock is currently in buckets with power heads. I'm using new live sand. Now when I add the rock then sand I should get a fairly quick cycle correct? There is obviously no curing of dry rock correct? There is nothing I really need to do expect rinse off the life rock then add correct?

It's safest to cycle the new rock before you use it, but unless you have a lot of dried on organics on the new rock it is very unlikely to cause a cycle. I would recommend new dry sand rather than "live" both as a cost savings and because the dry sand is much easier and less expensive to wash. You need to use saltwater to rinse live sand, tap water is fine for dry sand.
