A new line of work?

I have been pondering this for awhile now, and soon after I retire from the Coast Guard, I am wanting to open my own SW fish store.

I can acquire wholesalers for live stock and dried goods, I can build tanks, equipment (skimmers, calcium and kalk reactors) for further buisness.

I was only wondering where the best city to locate to and start my new line of work (factors include supply and demand, and competition, etc.) and what would be a good name for the store? I was thinking SaltWater EXPO or Reef creations?

Everyones input would be greatly appriciated.

Would love to have a good store on the West side of Phoenix, I live in Surprise the furthest NW Suburb of Phoenix, and the nearest LFS to me is 45 mins away with no traffic (unless you count PetCo.) Surprise, Goodyear, and Buckeye are all on the West side of Phoenix and are 3 of the fastest growing areas in the US, there is not a single LFS amonst them, throw in Litchfield, Glendale, Sun City, Avondale and Peoria, all of us have to go to East Valley to find a LFS that has Saltwater fish. There is a good amount of upper middle class out here that can afford such things as SW aquariums....If you need a business partner let me know, the thought has crossed my mind.
