A question for those who have owned BOTH Tunze & Vortech

Yes, I'm quite aware there are approximately 3,000 other threads debating the Tunze or Vortech question. I've been doing gobs of searching lately and if there is a thread that answers this question by all means link me to it! I have a question I haven't seen specifically addressed in any of the threads I've read though. For those who have owned both (or have experience with both, or been around both, hey! I'm not picky ;)) which is quieter?

I've really been on the fence about which to go with as I equally like things that both offer and obviously both get very good reviews. Here in a few months though I'm planning on revamping my equipment selection including circulation and have thought of just about every combination that's possible I believe (all this is for a 36 gal. bowfront); a pair of tunze nanos on multicontroler, pair of Vortechs with wireless controllers, one tunze nano on controller, one Vortech on controller, heck I've even thought of going with both since I can't make up my cotton pickin' mind. :p The deal breaker though I think its going to come down to being is which system is the quieter of the two as the tank is in a bedroom and something that sounds like a jet getting ready to take off isn't going to be possible. :)

Help me make up my mind before I LOSE my mind! :D

For a 36gal tank 2x nanostreams with a controller is all you need. I think you would be really happy with this set up.

Tunzes can be noisy in the frist 48 hours. So if you get them, give it a few days before passing judgement.

:D Thank you all! Tis' will certainly make this a much easier decision, looks like a pair of tunzes it is. I'm really looking forward to upgrading finally to something that gives much more interesting and dynamic flow. Never thought I'd see the day where I'd be willingly shelling out a few hundred bucks for pumps though!
