A quick interceptor question

I dont know if this is the right spot to ask but I figured you SPS guys would have the most experience doing this treatment, so here it goes;

Im going to be treating my entire tank with interceptor tonight. Is there anything in interceptor that could react with GFO and cause a problem? Everything Ive read says not to run carbon during treatment (duh) but nothing addresses GFO. Should I empty my reactor prior to treatment? Or is it just fine to leave it running as normal?

Thanks!

I would not run anything other than the pumps during treatment, shut off the skimmer and any mechanical filtration too.

I would let the system water circulate through any equipment you normally use just to make sure they are all killed. Not sure about GFO. Although red bugs usually stay on corals, they travel from coral to coral somehow. I have seen them jump off and swim during dips so it makes sense that there could be some in the water column from time to time.
