All,
I am looking for a little bit of advice on how to handle a slight problem that I have. I recently aquired a very nice 200 gallon tank with fish, corals and liverock. With this came a pair of Yellow Stripped Maroons. They host in a RBTA and are a happy couple.
I also have a 58 gallon tank that has a Yellow Stripped Maroon in it that I have had for 9 years or so.
Here is the problem that I need an answer to.
Can all 3 coincide in the 200 gallon tank?
Let me know if this scenario would work:
I would go get another BTA and get my other Marron to host in it in the opposite end of the tank away from the other pair. I haven't seen the female venture further than 1-2 feet from her anemone and the male not more than 1 foot.
Would like to know if this would be at all possible. I don't want to lose any of them nor have to find homes for one or the others.
Thanks,
Sailfish
