I was just going to post this in the thread I started earlier today but thought why would anyone look at it again that has all ready read it unless they are actually interested so in the hopes to get more exposure I thougth I would start a new thread. Anyone have any suggestions besides getting them any tighter? The tool I have just slips out of place because it won't get them any tighter.

Hand tight and then about 1/4 turn usually does it. If you really crank on them, it will "pinch" them and they leak. Check the gasket and keep your fingers crossed it is not ripped. If all else fails, put a bead of silicone on each side of the gasked and hand tighten, then the 1/4 turn.

Good luck

Thanks, I guess it would help if I had a freaking picture to look off of. Okay so now back to the basement and lay on some moist carpet.

The bulkheads no longer leak. The tank I have is an AGA megaflow with the mega flow drain kit. I just noticed that the adjustable drain pipe slowly leaks down the drain pipe. I wasn't expecting this and now I hope that if the electric ever goes off my sump will be able to hold this extra water I was not expecting it to drain. Anything I can do?

It should only empty out the water in the overflow down to the seam,if nothing else run a test to see unplug the pump for awhile.
