The next meeting is on Friday the 6th of June, 2008, and the agenda for some of the discussion is as follows:
1.) Cooling tips for the summer. It is that time of year when we may experience overheating issues.
2.) "Don't Break The Chain" coral frag chain. The President can explain what that is for members who don't know.
Member Ideas & A Challenge:
Bring any DIY summer project to share with other members. If you have lighting you've set up or retrofitted, or anything neat to share with newbies, print some photos or bring it (provided it's not hard to bring or too large) or if you have any nifty ideas that other members don't know about, or new and innovative things to share with members, let's show and tell. I'm bringing a homemade Kalkwasser Drip system that anyone can make for under $7.
Do you like a challenge? Well, I'm challenging you all to come out of your shells and to invite someone who is standing next to you in the fish section of your favorite saltwater store to come to the meeting. Give them directions, be inviting and speak positive about our little group, and it will grow and they will want to come.
Let's get the summer party started! There are many out there who don't know we exist and who truly would be wonderful additions to the group.
