about M1 DC pump

I just new to the saltwater fish tank, and I want to know, I have a 125 gallon tank, Does Ecotech M1 DC Pump is enough? or I need get L1?, and I get 2 MP40 or 3 MP40 better, ：讀：Thank you

In general you want 3-10x display tank size for return pump flow (flow through sump). That number is after head losses (vertical height)..

Then for "total flow" in a tank (returns + powerheads) you want 30-100x display tank size with 30-50x being sufficient for most people and some high flow tanks (high flow SPS coral tanks) can run 75-100x

So you can do the math given those numbers above but yes an M1 and 2 x MP40 is more than likely plenty of flow for your 125G tank..
