AC III Firmware update not uploading?

I downloaded the latest firmware for the AC III. I unzipped it into its' own directory. Double clicked on the AC3 application. Then nothing. After about 30 seconds Windows Vista pops up with a message saying the program stopped responding.

Anyone have any experience with this? Should I go to the DOS prompt and try it from there?
