AC left on over weekend

Hello,
AC was left on 55 at my friends shop and the 11 gallon set was an ice cube. They tried taking adding some warm salt water and got the tank back up to 76. I am not sure how slow they did this process. The fish have white blotches and seem lethargic. Any hope?
