AC3 going crazy, HELP!!

Ok I have a AC3 and its going nuts on my this morning. The two things that are weird so far are the T5's and the wavebox(on the aquasurf)

I came down this morning and at 9am my t5's came on(the are supposed to go on at noon) so I went to the webserver and the code is right so I hit update. Lights went off all was good for about 15 min.

then the lights came back on and my wavebox pump was set to just ON. I checked the status and everything was reading right. T5's were set to auto and read off(but the lights were on) wavebox was set to auto and PF1 and yet was running at full on. Code was the same as it has been :

If Temp < 81.6 Then HET ON
If Temp > 82.0 Then HET OFF
If Time > 00:05 Then T5S OFF
If Time > 12:00 Then T5S ON

If Time > 06:00 Then TZ2 PF1
RND 030/030 ON/OFF Then DRT ON
If Time > 00:00 Then DRT OFF
If Time > 06:00 Then DRT ON
Pmp MODE SD for PF1
Pmp Int 000/030 for PF1
Pmp OSC 09/09/00 for PF1


If I unplug the DC8 and the head unit and reboot it all, it sometimes works ok, but usually has the wavebox timing to be either on or its oscillates for 0.5 sec or 6 sec its totally random. If I try updating the code sometimes the T5s come on and sometimes the wavebox timing changes.

If its running correctly, it will only do so for 10 min or so then start diong screwy stuff again.

What the hell is going on here?

It sounds like a bad communications cable; try replacing the cable (remember to use a 4 (or 6) wire phone cable; 2 conductor's don't work).
