ac3 + probe expansion = confusion

I have an ac3 with both ph and orp monitoring. I wanted to add a ph probe into my Calcium Reactor chamber so I ordered and received a probe expansion box PX 1000. I installed it with another ph probe inside my reacter chamber.
My problem is, aquanotes 3.5 Status/Reef Tank shows this

Not sure how i got to TmpF, but that is my new ph probe and expansion box. Not TmpB, not sure what that info is. I need to delete TmpF and get TmpB to be my new expansion box with ph, and tmp.

It sounds like there is or was some type of communication problem between the controller and the AquaSurf. It could be cause by not giving power to the AquaSurf w/ the AC adapter. Send an email to support@neptunesys.com or give us a call.
