Does the AC3 controller comes with a DC8 built in or do I have to purchase a separate one? Out of the box, can I use all the option that comes with the controller?

Thank you for your post, The AC3 Does not include the DC8 built in, it is sold separatley as seen here http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_ViewI...nt-Monitor_Equipment-Accessories~vendor~.html

We do carry a kit which is the AC jr that the DC-8 is included found here http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_ViewItem.aspx?idProduct=NS1165

As far as just using the AC 3 by itself you will be able to use most of the options on the unit itself that does not require the use of the DC-8.
