Acan question

I don't know if it's my acan or any of your do this but during the day at all times the tentacle things are always out. The ones that are around the outside of the mouth.
Also, do acans eat frozen cyclopeze or would it be a better idea to get some mysis shrimp?

Acans can open up for feeding during the day. It's not that odd. As far as feeding i would do a mixture of cyclops and mysis. Mysis for growing and cyclops for coloration, It contains high amounts of HUFAs.

Is it a good idea to spot feed or just put it in like I'm feeding the rest of my tank?

They may catch some food that is leftover from the fish wafting around in the water column. If you want to feed them though, I would go ahead and target feed them; it shouldn't be that difficult or time consuming. By this, you're able to be sure that they getting ample food.
