Acan receding

I have had a tomoto acan in my nano for a while now. It has always been the most sensitive of my three acans but I moved some of them around yesterday and it has not opened up yet. I only moved it a little bit and my water checks out fine. (Ca:425 Alk:10.3 Mg:1450) It has never had any problems until now. Any advice would be appreciated. I will try to get a picture up later.

Give it some time... if you moved the coral just a little, it will need to re-adapt to its new home, Have you looked at it at night? If it hasnt opened back up in a few days with its normal feedings try to move it closer to where it was doing good before! The flow and light may be a factor in the new spot! I wouldnt worry about it much, Im sure he will come around again! Alk and Mg are a tad high, try letting your alk drop down to the 8.5-9 range and your Mg to 1350, it may help in the long run, esp. if you get any SPS.

Thanks a lot. I moved it back and it looks a lot better. As for the Alk and Mg, I will try and lower that, but I don't think I will be getting any SPS soon because of my lighting (8 Watt LEDs).
