Do Acans and Micromussas need to be on the sand bed or can I place them on the rock work? Does the sand bed increase the growth rate or do anything else special to them that they wouldn't get on rocks?
When I had my acans I put them on the sand and they did very well. It depends on your lighting and for me if you have any fish like a goby that would dump sand on them.
