I´d like to know if iis posible to keep 5 leucosternon in the same acuarium, sorry for my english because is not good enough.

In a very VERY large aquarium it may be possible. I've seen multiples kept in tanks in Las Vegas.

I had 3 in a 225 before, I'm sure 5 would be doable if its a 200+ gallon tank.

Not even close. A 6' tank is the recommended minimum for one - and they are often still aggressive. Having more than one would be begging for a blood bath.
