Its worthless unless you plan on adding animals from different salinity levels imo.

DOn't even bother with acclimation unless there's a salinity difference between your qt and the shipper. If you ask the shipper what the salinity will be, you can pre-set your qt and not put your fish through a process that's pretty well purely about salinity difference.
