Acclimation to Radion

I'm just curious about two methods of acclimating sps to the tank. I've been successful at keeping the current intensity and putting new corals on a frag rack that's been placed lower in the tank and move them up gradually. However, I've been wondering how that would compare with placing the corals in the designated spots initially and use the acclimation mode on the Radion.

How would those two methods compare with one another? Would the acclimation mode disturb the other sps corals that are already established to the light?
