My Achilles tang is fading fast. He was eating, but has now stopped. His breathing is very fast and does not swim a lot. Ich started a day or 2 ago, and has what I am assuming is Hole in the head disease. I am currently treating with NoSickFish's Ich treatment. I removed him from the main tank, and placed it in the refugium. Is there any hope of saving this fish. Since the tang is in the fuge its part of the reef system, so I am limited with what I can do. I don't have a QT tank at the moment to work with. Here is a pic of his head. I have 2 small powerheads in the refugium at the moment to increase flow. Should I go large and really create some flow in the fuge. I put in an aquaclear 70 but the seamed like to much flow. I think the tang might die from exhaustion if I leave that Powerhead in there.
