Achilles tang

Hello
I have a recived an aquilles tang from a friend.. 8 hours from here driving!!
The fish has 4 years around..
Was eating spectrum pellets and nori algae..
But now he dosent want to eat!!
What can I do??
What can I offer him??

Probably stressed out. Takes time to eat. Just feed nori sheets and give mysis shrimp

How long can take??
The fish arrive last tuesday night after 9 or 10 trip hour!!
And now friday night dosent eat!!

It's probably stressed. Check your water quality to make sure it's good.

It could take a few days to a wk to get the fish settled in and eating again. What size tank is he in now and what size will the fish reside in?

Well now is in a 40 gallons quarentine tank..
Was in a 180g and will be in 220g

I picked one up from friend closing down tank. 10 days in qt it didn't really eat. Wasn't till 2 days after it was put in display that it was picking at the rocks, ignoring the nori and flakes. 2 months later it eats anything.

Try shredding some nori thru the power head, worked like a charm when I first got my big guy over 3 years now.

I did it days before,, and nothing!
