acro crabs your opinion?

there is a third in one of the other colonies, found a pic but no name. so far I've enjoyed watching them scury amongst the branches

The reddish ones are model citizens, but I hgave seen a few not so nice ones hitching among corals. I like them a great deal, and they will readily grow and move between corals. There was some talk a while back about the use of acro crabs to prevent acro-eating flatworm infestations. I havent checked in on the subject in a while, so dont know the outcome of those studies.

Mine was an interesting, model citizen. When my acros took a turn for the worst he bailed out and I think my coris wrasse nailed him. I never saw him when my acros were back on the mends. I had an cool little white one that came from Paul

I have one in my rose millepora. He blended in well when it was red, but I can see him well now after the heater explosion. My other corals are coloring up again after the shock, but that millepora is still scared. I haven't seen the crab ever leave that coral.
