Just picked this up today but not sure what it is or where to place it.

It will be easier to ID once it has encrusted and started to grow. Tiny frags can look like many other tiny frags. Placing it up high where it will receive high light and flow is probably a good bet. Just be cautious not to light shock it as you didn't mention what type of lights you will be placing it under.
