acro getting brown tips

i have a large neon green acro species sitting high in my tank( it is a 50 gallon cube with 2-175 watt 10k lighting---it just recently started to get brown tips, could this mean they are too high up or is it dyinghttp://s261.photobucket.com/albums/ii71/kroger451/

What are your water parameters? Ca, alk, Mg, phosphates, temp?

If its the first picture it looks fine to me. When some acros grow fast they get different color on the tips. It could just be that.
