Acro Health Check

I got this guy for fairly cheap since he was totally browned out. I want to make sure I'm not bleaching him out now.
The growth tips are very white, much more than the colony but they didnt come out in the picture.
Base is about 1/2 way and tops are 3/4 way up my tank.
Running T5's with sunspec LED on minimum white/spectrum and blues at 35%. LEDs are 10" off water and T5's are around 12" off.
Flow is good, I'm not worried about that.

If you notice the other browned acro colony towards the left. It was right next to the colony in question for about a week. I just moved it to it's new spot a few minutes before I took the picture.

If your worried about it getting burnt, then move it down, just don't compromise the flow for nutrient export. Looks like a nice acro and should have good color when it gets accustomed to you tank. I have a couple of colonies that grow so fast, the tips are just white and take time to color up
