Hi all,

i just bought a nice acro humilis.. it was a direct import from bali..
it is a acropora humilis.. but on the right side there is another acro frag on it..
can u guys tell me which one that could be? its white with lightgreen tips.
i gotta take a picture tomorrow because this one is from my iphone just with bluelights.

thank you for your answer. Ok, hopefully I can separate them because this humilis is hard as a rock! awesome :crazy1:

I read that humilis is kinda hard to keep. Any tips for it?
 
Humilis needs more water flow than most acros. And full light with a full spectrum. If you look at where they are found it is usually on reef crest that are a few feet from the surface of the water and are getting pounded by waves and current.

OK, cool.. I will place it new then. Strong light and strong waterflow. I have 2 AI SOL Blue and I will place is in the upper half then.

Hopefully its doing well then.
 
i would say need a better pic leds are making pretty hard to let what it is

tips are to round for a humlis looks more like a samosis but real hard to tell

Hi,

the coral has been ordered as a A. humilis from Bali. But I will take antoher picture for you. Hopefully we can clear that then :)
 
looks like a humilis coralites a not as pronounced in pic

I have one looks similar

I have humilis from bali and fiji they look different to me
and a 2 colonies of samosis
