No, A. prolifera is an endangered Atlantic hybrid acropora that is illegal to own, it is a hybrid between A. palmata and A. cervicornis and is hopefully almost never in the hobby. Plus the physical characteristics, corallite structure and type are not even close to OP's coral.

My best "guess" is Acropora grandis

:thumbsup: no problemo! The three mentioned corals happen to be my favorites, sure they are brown and ugly to most but there is just something magical about drift diving over a massive stand of A. Palmata or a huge forest of A.cervicornis or A.prolifera.
Next vacation of mine will probably be a volunteer dive trip to help out the reef restoration project. https://coralrestoration.org that focuses on these fast fading, primary reef building corals, I urge others to check it out, volunteer or donate to this wonderful cause.
