Acro or monti?

The owner of the parent colony thinks it's a monti, but I thought it was growing a bit like a tabling acro. It's the coral on the left. Any ideas?

Good question?.?. I am going with Monti for now. Specifically Montipora stellata.

Maybe so, Jason, although I'm not seeing the same polyp structure in that photo. I appreciate the link - a good resource, but tedious to go through for all but the very determined, lol.

Jason, I Google Imaged montipora stellata and came across this picture. It's almost exactly what the parent colony looked like. Good call!

No problem. I somewhat recognized it from a frag i received long ago. So i gave it my best guess.
