Acropora Gomezi

Hi guys!

So i have a chance to get a A.Gomezi , and i was wondering if i am able to keep it with 150w HQI 2x24 w T5 20,000 K .
The base of the coral will be about 8" from the water suface, and about 15" from the hqi.

IME they like a lot of light to get the blue.....I can't say for certain but my guess is you would need more light.

For me it is the most difficult acropora I have. I have it in a 30 gal tank under 150w 20k Radium HQI in the area of the highest flow I have. It is an intense blue under that lighting. This is an image I took at night, where it appears purple.

In my experience, it is also a veryyyyy slowwww grower.

Very slow grower as mentioned and likes to stn from the base up.
