Acropora ID and Requirements

Picked this acro up the other day and have noticed that the polyps only come out on the bottom half. Too much light maybe, I can't see it being too much flow because the bottom polyps are out and have the same amount. If I knew the species I could find the requirements. Any help is appreciated.

Looks like acropora Tortuosa, but I'm noob to sps, I saw that here http://www.coralsee.org/webcat/fincat.html 6th one up from the bottom on the right hand side, if you click the microscope it'll bring up a close up of its skeleton, hope that helps
