Hey guys, how long can these sps (pics attached) be under low light otherwise healthy tank temporarily? I have 3.5 watts (30" coralife T5's) over my 37 gallon with some montis and birds nest maintaining color and showing good growth within 8" from the surface which has been set up for a few months now. My buddy has been holding these for me for 2 weeks and wants to ship this friday. My new maxspect mazarra led's should be arriving next friday. Would they be fine with my current set up temporarily or should I have him hold out to ship till next friday to avoid any unnecessary stress or loss of color. Any advice would be appreciated. I would rather have him wait until I get my new fixture unless it's not really a big deal if I just keep them high up on the shelf for the next 7 days. -Thanks!

Ive not had any adverse issues with the holding bin I had my corals in while I was building a new system. The corals went from a 150w 14k ushio and a couple 18w actinic pcs to just a 70w 14k phoenix over a year old. If anything most corals looked better in this lighting, go figure but some acros went brown.

The way I see it, you are gonna have to acclimate them to the new leds anyways so its not likely to be an issue however, whats a week right? probably your call on this one.
