Acrylic for a sump build

I'm planning to build my own custom DIY sump for my 90 gallon setup because the 20 gallon I started with is just not enough. Any suggestions on where I could get acrylic without using the box stores that are really expensive or amazon that shipping is ridiculous. I'm looking for 1/4 acrylic 3 at 15" x 36-40" and one 24" x 24" piece. I already a bunch of small pieces for my inners. Any help would be appreciated, and maybe the answer is I'm going to have to use amazon and pay the $50 in shipping.

Yes, I'm a prime member but there are no acrylic items under prime big enough for what I need. Thank you for the idea and your right its the best $99 I spend all year.

I've seen some cast acrylic on Ebay in varying sizes, you might want to check there as well.
