Ive been eyeing a supplier quoting $5.5/sqft for 1/4". Does not include cutting costs.

Pulled this up from a couple months ago cuz I'm looking for the same thing. Tap plastics looks decent so far to me. I still would like to find a local place. Through tap plastics though it looks like you can order a "sample" piece first to check it out.

What are you looking to do with the sheet? I ask because "cut to size" doesn't necessarily mean ready for finished seams. Also the particular material matters a lot more if you are building an actual pressure holding vessel vs something not so structural.
