Acrylic Top-Off tank

I want to build or pay someone to build an Acrylic top off tank for my Aquarium. It is going to sit between my aquarium and the wall next to it, so it would be approx 8 x 17 x 20, which should be about 10 gal. Anyone have any recommendations on someone local for this?

Since it isn't an aquarium, I am not looking for the highest quality, and would likely use white acrylic, or paint clear acrylic white with Krylon.

I was considering doing it myself, but with the price of Acrylic, didn't want to make too many mistakes, and since this is sitting above my finished basement, didn't want any leaks.
