Anyone know of any Acrylic suppliers around Pittsburgh or the North of Pittsburgh area? I will go as far as New Castle and even into Youngstown. I want someone that has 1/2" for my Fuge that I want to build. It's a bonus if they cut it even. Thanks for the help.

Total Plastics on the North Side has great prices on 1/2" polycast. ($240 a sheet if I remember).

They have a CNC tablesaw and will make the cuts for a nominal fee. Just be carefull how you layout the cuts so that imperfect sizes do not matter. (In other words layout all critical lenghts to be cut on one pass and then sliced to height on another pass). I hope that makes sense... I am sure it doesnt though!

Sadly, you will have to purchase the whole sheet unless they have drops in the size you want. I used a 4x8 sheet to build my sump and skimmer. I have NONE left... and had to buy a few extra scraps from a club member who had some.
