Actinic Lighting for a 125

I have a 125 and I'm lighting it with 3 Icecap Pendants hanging from the ceilng. Does anyone have a cheap effective way of supplementing the halides with actinic?

im not too great at whats the best retro for t5 supplementation.....but if you do get bulbs ATI blue+ is a great actinic bulb for the PAR
