Actinic White?

I bought a used setup...2 X 175W MH and 2 X 110W VHO. Came with bulbs in it, and 2 new VHO bulbs. In it were two 5500K MH bulbs and 2 super actinic VHOs.

Knowing nothing about the age of the bulbs, I decided to get some new ones before I start adding corals. I went with Hamilton 10000K MH bulbs, and ASSUMED I had 2 new super actinic VHOs...when I turned them on...well, it turns out they're "actinic white" - what the heck is that even?

IT doesn't look like one of those 50/50 ones...it just looks white - but I really have no idea.... I want my coral to glow...my guess is that "actinic white" won't do that...

Anybody have any experience or knowledge about these VHO Actinic White bulbs?

Apperently this is what they are...

The URI Actinic White lamp is the first of its kind to offer a 50/50 combination of triband (daylight) and actinic (blue) phosphors. This mixture provides a great balance between the life supporting spectrum required by live rock, corals, anemones, and related marine life, and the daylight spectrum required for vibrant color rendition. The 180 degree internal reflector allows for 40% more light output. The Actinic White Lamp has a kelvin temperature of 12,000.

What you need is the 'super actinic r' bulbs.
