Actinoporus elegans?

I just bought a Actinoporus elegans at the LFS and it is awesome, I will pst pictures later, but does anyone know any good websites on what these guys need? How much flow would he like?

They really don't need much flow. they tend to live in lower light, lower flow areas, so not a lot on that end...

They like a few mysis shrimp here and there, but nothing much...

Lighting wise they will take to anything...MH, LED, PC, T5...whatever...
