Add more Leopard wrasses

I currently have two blue star leopard wrasse. I would like to add 3 more and hope one becomes male. I also have yellow/purple, Red Head Salon, Possum.

Would the two existing females have a problem with the new ones?

I've seen it work, and I've seen it fail. Using an acclimation box (or multiples) for a few days would greatly increase the odds of success IMO.

If you were keeping Meleagris, I would say "go for it". However, it seem to me that Bipartitus leopards seem to be more aggressive than Meleagris. I would follow HumbleFish suggestion to improve the odds of success.
