Added a bartletts anthia trio, but one is hiding behind a rock.

Should I be worried? Added them yesterday. The other two are out and about (although getting harassed by my McCosker Wrasse) and eating, but this single one is just hiding behind a rock. I couldn't find him and thought he was missing but finally spotted him in his hiding spot with a flashlight. Can't tell if he's injured or eating but I can see him hovering and breathing.

When I brought them home and acclimated them one of them fell out of the bag and onto the carpet but I was able to pick him up and put him in his acclimation box for the next hour with the other two and I wonder if this is the one that is hiding.

I know I should quarantine but I didn't. I'd been looking for baby bartletts for months and when I found them yesterday I got them and couldn't set up a quarantine tank. They were a surprise find.

Also should I be worried about the McCosker Wrasse harassing them? He darts at them when they are around him but he doesn't actively seek them out.

Well, he died.

I am pretty sure it was the one who fell on the carpet. It had a bad scratch on it's side.

Poor guy.

I am sorry for you loss.I would try another female anthias,as males ship/acclimate poorly.

So I went and got another bartletts anthia from the same LFS and it was from the same group as the previous three I added (of which one died)

They are all the same size (very small) but the newest one I added today is being harassed by what I assume is the dominant bartlett anthia and is just resting in a hiding spot on a rock and the harasser stays right above it. The other one that was already in the tank is off in it's own world.

Are they just sorting out their dominance and is this normal behavior or should I be worried? I don't want anyone to get hurt.

I assume they are all females since they are really small.

It would have been been better to have added in 2-3 more anthias,as then the aggression would be spread out.I am guessing the aggressor is wanting to become the male of the group.If the new fish doesn't fight back the aggressor should eventually leave Her alone,as she wouldn't be seen as a threat.
