adding a fuge

I want to know what do to start a fuge in my sump. I have a large ( 24"x32") area in my sump, but don't exactly know what to put in it , live rock rubble, sand, chaeto?. I also have a light for it also.

I like to put in some live rock or rock rubble and some chaeto with the light to help it grow.

I agree that live rock and macroalgae are a good plan. That's what I have in mine.
